Lucky pups will be able to explore Mablethorpe’s North Beach all year around, a charming spot in the seaside town to run, play and soak up the beautiful sights. Back at home, this charming property has a calming ambience with an enclosed garden, perfect for sunny days.

At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/diner, offering direct access to the garden where you can watch your canine stretch their legs each morning. For ultimate relaxation, the living room features warm lighting, natural wood and tones of terracotta in the exposed brick fireplace. A comfortable corner sofa invites you to take the weight off your feet and relax with Fido at your feet and a film on the TV. Completing the ground floor is the first of the delightful bedrooms, featuring a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs are a further three bedrooms, starting with the spacious king-size bedroom, which boasts an en-suite. A second stylish double bedroom and a twin room make up the remainder of the sleeping arrangements, ensuring everyone will have a restful night’s sleep with a family bathroom located on the first floor. Step out into the fresh air and make the most of the enclosed lawn and patio area. Here you can fire up the BBQ for an evening of al fresco dining, or kick back and relax on the furniture whilst your hound snoozes in the sun.

This is a great house and was perfect for our needs, in the country side but a short drive to the beach and Tesco. The owner came to make sure everything was satisfactory, took our youngest members of the party to look at some farm machinery and had left us a lovely welcome pack including milk, ice cream and butter from his cows.

We all enjoyed our stay, including our 3 dogs and 3 year old grandson. The farmhouse itself is well equipped and comfortable. Its close to all amenities and there are some beautiful walks around - whether it be on one of the many beaches or further into the countryside. The property is next to a road which is quite busy at times - although the baRead moreck garden is secure to a certain point, I would recommend just watching any younger children near the roadside of the fence as we had to our grandson because he is an escape artist. The house was lovely, cleanliness was top notch, and perfect for a group with a dog as the garden is secure. Good amount of parking available too, and very close to local amenities. The welcome package was a lovely touch, and there are some board games in the house, and even a torch which came in handy for taking the dog for a walk at night.
