The property is like a home from home. Cosy, clean and comfortable. Secure, fully enclosed garden-very dog friendly. Hot tub was amazing after walks on beach. In a great location for woodland walks and short drive to beaches.

Had a great holiday with our dog. Well appointed cottage, helped by perfect weather. Footpath to woods just a 100m or so down the road so walking dog is a breeze. Bathroom ceiling lights to star constellations, amazing

Our second stay at this holiday home and we were not disappointed. We had a great week at Nettys Cottage. We enjoyed the amount of space and storage, the lovely hot tub (which we used every day), the wonderful back garden and bird feed provision, the comfort of the lounge and the choice of dvds. It is on the main road through Dersingham so there is a fair amount of passing traffic, but it has really easy access toRead more Sandringham (a 1km walk to the edge of the woodland) or a short drive to Kings Lynn or Hunstanton. Lovely cottage in a very attractive village not far from Sandringham. Very pretty garden with hot tub. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of cupboards to store groceries. Heating difficult to control and rather cool on autumn nights.

Well sited for exploring those parts of Norfolk we wanted to visit. A comfortable and well-equipped stay. Sorry we didn't see Spike (the hedgehog) any of the evenings we were there, though we did see a cat looking for his food.
