You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to woof-friendly beaches, with Old Hunstanton, Brancaster, and Wells-next-the-Sea all within 15 miles and welcoming four-pawed visitors all year. Just off the kitchen is the formal dining area. The vast lounge is full of personality, with a beamed ceiling and striking brick fireplace. Unwind here on the plush sofas, with the hounds stretched out in front of the wood burner, to watch the Smart TV or read a book. There's also a cosy snug with a TV and PlayStation that makes an ideal den for children. A handy shower room completes the ground floor. The three elegant bedrooms are upstairs, along with the family bathroom. French doors lead from the lounge to the enclosed garden, where there's a small lawn for the pups to play on and a patio for al fresco dining.

Old Hunstanton Beach has a vast expanse of golden sand - it's one of the only west-facing beaches in Norfolk, making it a gorgeous spot for a sunset stroll with your furry pals. There are some excellent woof-friendly attractions nearby, including the purple fields at Norfolk Lavender (3.5 miles) - a must for the itinerary if you're visiting in summer. A lovely cottage, very roomy, great position for Old Hunstanton beach. Parking is quite tight and a bit awkward but to be expected with an old cottage! Road noise on one side as quite a busy road but didn't bother us too much!

Had an absolutely lovely time there, so lovely my partner even proposed to me there. So it will forever be our special place. Excellent location close to shops, lovely restaurants and the beach. Lovely decor a truly lovely place. The only slight downside is the size of the garden and being overlooked by the neighbours but you cant have everything

I cannot recommend this property enough. The best holiday home that I have rented. I was let down two weeks before my holiday due to an issue with the property. I then found Blacksmiths cottage and what a find. It is a gem of a property. Large rooms throughout and really tasteful decor. The whole family loved it!!
