This pretty cottage, situated less than 100 metres from a popular country pub, is perfect for your family or friends – and that includes the pup! Sleeping six across three welcoming bedrooms, it won’t be long before you’re up and about exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Head to family-favourite Cromer (5.5 miles) for a day out crabbing and eating ice cream, or for a leisurely walk along the shingled beach during the cooler months with the canine. West Runton beach (8 miles) has no restrictions whatever the time of year so is ideal for a trip to stretch furry legs.

The property, which is just 21 miles from the centre of Norwich, is cosy and comfortable. The kitchen has a traditional feel with soft pastel colours and exposed wood beams, while the lounge is the ideal spot to snuggle up in after a day out wandering, curled up in front of the wood burner while the hound snoozes. Upstairs, the bedrooms promote a tranquil night’s sleep and have plenty of storage space for your belongings. Make sure you relax in the enclosed garden on sunny summer evenings, where there’s a table and chairs making it the ideal spot to dine alfresco.

Head out to discover some of the most wonderful things about staying in North Norfolk. Wroxham (16 miles), is a great place to visit to hire a boat and travel along the River Bure and the Broads. Historic Norwich welcomes dogs in an array of cafes and pubs so is well worth visiting for shopping and to see the city’s two cathedrals. Take a trip along the Bure Valley Railway from Aylsham (10.5 miles), or walk alongside the line if the weather’s good. Plus, National Trust properties like Blickling (9.5 miles) and Felbrigg (5 miles) have beautiful grounds to stroll around.

A lovely, quaint cottage in a great location! Perfect for a family of 5 and our dog. Walks in the doorstep, beaches a few minutes away, shop and pub in the village. All the games were a great addition. Really powerful, hot shower and soft, fluffy towels.

Southrepps is a beautiful village, and this traditional cottage fits in perfectly. Very comfortable for 6 people with plenty of bedroom and living room space. And the view of the historic church from kitchen and one bedroom were stunning. Highly recommended for families or friends.
