Boasting a fantastic position on the promenade of Morecambe, a stay at this property offers a classic seaside experience with a dog-friendly beach to run wild on just a few miles away, ensuring fun for all the family. Spend time together in the wide open social spaces or take time for peace and quiet in the snug; this spacious property has it all.

Walking in from the promenade the property greets guests with a lovely hallway with space to hang up coats and bags before venturing over to the cosy lounge to relax. With cushy seating positioned around the bay window and a TV, the room has a calming ambience with beautiful views out to sea. Just off the living room is an additional snug room with additional cosy seating, patio doors and a TV for a little peace and quiet. The kitchen/diner is perfect for mealtimes with all the family, with a dining table featuring bench seating sitting just behind a low kitchen wall. Upstairs on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a king-size with access to the seafront balcony, and a double. These rooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath to wash off the sand after a day out on the beach. Further steps lead to the third floor where there are two shower rooms, then on the fourth floor are the final three bedrooms. A single, double and king-size room all sit on the top floor, tastefully furnished with neutral tones and plenty of natural light pouring in. There is both a front and a rear garden, great for enjoying sunsets and sipping a morning coffee sat on the various seating options.

Morecambe itself has plenty to see and do for a range of ages including shops, amusement arcades and beautiful beaches, not forgetting the array of dog-friendly pubs and cafes where you can dine with your canine companion by your side. For a taste of the countryside, Yorkshire Dales National Park (22.5 miles) has a plethora of wonderful walking trails to sniff out through woodlands and alongside running rivers, ensuring variety for anyone on a stay in the area.

We had a lovely week here the house was lovely and had everything we needed. The views and distance to the beach was excellent. The games/cinema room was a big hit. There is a Tesco a stones throw away which was great for top ups. It was a lovely place to spend our 40th Wedding anniversary with all our family. Would definately recommend. Thank you

Fabulous house in a beautiful location right on the seafront. Loads of room for kids, dogs and adults. Games room was a hit with the boys (young and old!). Great for extended family gatherings/ celebrations.

A well equipped house, with beautiful views of the bay. We loved the quality bedding, pool table and arcade game in the basement, and the balcony overlooking the sea.

Great spacious sea side property with all the amenities we required. There is also a Tesco Express behind the property which is very handy.

We had a lovely stay in Seaview for my sisters 40th birthday celebrations. house is old and a little bit run down in parts but a great location and size for everything Morecambe has to offer. The view itself across the bay is stunning as is the sunset if you get a nice day. Cinema room and games room a good touch for a family with kids but it was cRead moreold and damp in basement. Wonderful location, friendly neighbourhood. If the weather is good the front garden is the best place to be! House could do with some love and attention. But we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a beautiful older property in a stunning location and great for all local amenities and easy access to other areas. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner was very responsive too and friendly, which is always a big bonus.
