We had a great stay at Badnabay Cottage, its a great size, comfortable and clean.we know the area so the location was just right for us to explore and go on plenty walks around the area. Lots of amazing wildlife to see and Stags coming right alongside the property, it was pretty special to see.

Third visit to this cottage with our two children, beautifully located, about 6 miles outside Scourie and within easy reach of Oldshoremore Beach, Handa Island, Durness and more. Would highly recommend. Until next time....

Nice cottage, and enclosed garden, with prompt help on hand if there are any problems (the TV stopped working - a replacement provided the same day). Glorious location - excellent for trips to Handa and the NW coast. Oldshoremore and the walk to Sandwood Bay only about 20 minutes away by car. And the road to Lairg is beautiful too. Perfect holiday for us personally. We climbed Ben Hope right to the summit. On Kylesku boat tour we saw beautiful seals and quick glimpse of eagle. I saw on my own casual evening walk a young buck/deer. Local views and amenities are out of this world , especially Munroes and lakes. Proper escapism. We definitely look forward to come back again. Great value, great location (our first time this far North) - property was extremely comfortable, warm and quiet. To echo other reviews you'd never know there was a road there or neighbours. Great spot, great roads and lots to explore (visit Oldmoreshore, Smoo Caves and waterfalls to the south)

This is a good sized bungalow in a scenic location but is positioned in a hollow very near to the neighbours, there are no views. It is well equipped and has a very comfortable super king sized bed. There are pictures on the wall of fox hunting and deer staking which may not be to everyones taste.

Amazing place! Weve been there with our 2 teens and enjoyed the cozy and comfy cottage. The location is wonderful for everyone seeking silence, loneliness and nature.
