If you’re a keen walk, explorer or stick chaser, this welcoming home is the perfect destination for you. Boasting views of the Cheviot Hills and Rubers Law Hill, wake up each morning and plan exciting adventures from the rural hamlet of Bedrule. Return to a warm outdoor shower and a tail chase in the enclosed garden or a cosy night sprawled out by the wood burner. Sleeping six, whisk family and friends away for a getaway at this home-from-home.

Perfect for returning from days in the great outdoors, the rear tri-fold doors lead through the utility room into the kitchen/diner. Rinse muddy paws in the warm outdoor doggy shower before towelling them down and rustling up tasty treats for everyone to enjoy. Filled with light and with all the space you need to store tit bits for pups and ingredients for feasts, this space is a real hub of the home with a large dining table at which you can keep your chef company. Cosy, simple style awaits in the lounge where the wood burner will be a real hit with all guests. Leave your pup curled up on the rug and little ones rummaging through the cubby hole stocked with books whilst you take a moment and unwind on the sofa. After dinner, spend time in the enclosed garden before heading to bed on the first floor. There is off-road parking for three cars.

Pop a lead on the pups and head 4 miles to Rubers Law Hill where you can enjoy summit-top scampers and picnics to reward your efforts. Tread the Borders Abbeys Way for another stretch of the legs and follow the path which runs for 68 miles taking in the four, famous 12-century abbeys and a ton of excellent spots for a game of fetch.
