My mum and I had a great time at the cottage. She felt like it was her home and she really relaxed. The welcome hamper was lovely and we enjoyed completing a jigsaw from the games cupboard in the cottage. Avoch was beautiful to walk around and very chilled. Good take aways in the village.

Comfortable cottage in good location for touring around. We appreciated the welcome pack and coffee machine. Lots of lovely walks nearby and places to visit. Avoch is a good place to stay if you want somewhere central to tour Easter Road and further afield.

Gorgeous cottage in a wonderful location in the heart of a fishing village 100m from the sea. Comfortable and warm with a beautiful kitchen and a small enclosed back patio for sitting /eating outside. Several take aways and a small co-op around the corner and the locals are friendly! Owners very switched on . A small weather related problem (no oneRead mores fault) was quickly dealt with. Be warned Avoch a bit of a drive from the main A9 and has a bit of a remote/quiet feel. But we loved it! Hide

I would recommend the wee small house highly. It is a traditional style cottage but has been built to the highest spec. Beautifully finished, modern heating system, all home comforts. Host is very generous. Large welcome pack with even dog treats. Avoch is a lovely village with spectacular sea views. Watch dolphins nearby!

The property was very clean and well equipped . The settee in the longe was not comfortable , maybe because we are used to a high back. Other than that we enjoyed our stay , it was a good base for exploring the Highlands of Scotland
