A flight of external steps leads up onto the decked area then into this fresh and airy property where you will be welcomed by the sleek, thoughtfully arranged kitchen. This leads through to the main hallway and the chic dining room with a handsome central dining table, a wood burner, and glorious views. There's also a cheery lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. When it's time to turn in, there's a choice of three stylish bedrooms: two doubles and a single alongside a refreshing bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate rainfall shower. From the lounge, patio doors lead out onto the delightful raised decked area which features ample outdoor furniture, perfect for dining alfresco. The steps lead back down to the lower garden with further seating and space for pets to run about. Allocated parking is available for one car, with further parking on-street.

Perranporth is known for its glorious sandy three-mile stretch of dog-friendly beach which leads north to Holywell Bay. Immediately to the south-west, your pets can enjoy long coastal and rural walks along the magical St Agnes Heritage Coast. The vibrant seaside resort of Newquay is also within easy reach (9 miles).

Extremely comfortable holiday house with gorgeous and large garden and decking. Front rooms of the property a little dated but living area and bedding very comfortable

Amazing location and views, probably best enjoyed in the summer when you can make the most of the garden. Agree with the other review that the house it a little tired in places, had to report a couple of issues whilst there.

Great location lovely garden, but house was tired and needed updating. Log burner has been decommissioned and there was no welcome pack.
