  • Enjoy exploring a wide choice of scenic walks in the picturesque Teme Valley and Malvern Hills
Property code: OC-77991

The beautiful wood-clad lodge sleeps eight guests and two canine party members. It’s perfectly placed to enjoy a walking holiday together, as the magnificent Malvern Hills is just 2 miles from the property. After a long hike with the trusty hounds, pour a glass of bubbly and sink into the private hot tub or unwind on the veranda and admire the views over the water to the hills beyond.

The stunning accommodation is set within a traditional Teme Valley farm, where you and the four-legged ones can roam (just remember to keep them on a lead) and meet the farm animals and spot local wildlife. The lodge embraces open-plan living, providing ample space for you to all spread out and relax or come together to socialise. There’s a large dining table, with seating for everyone, so you can enjoy hearty meals as a group after an action-packed day. On a warm afternoon, leave the French doors open so your four-pawed pals can potter in and out to the veranda. In the evening, fire up the BBQ or challenge each other to a table tennis match is the communal games room, limited to use of members of same booking group at any one time due to social distancing guidelines

The Malvern Hills – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – is a paradise for pups. From gentle strolls along tree-lined paths, to energetic treks along the hill ridges, there’s plenty to get tails wagging. Famed for its dramatic landscapes, ancient woodlands and rolling pastures, it’s a truly magical place. Equally photogenic is Croome National Trust (17 miles away). The secret wartime airbase is set within the grandest of English landscapes, with commanding views over the Malverns. Stroll around the parkland, which is dotted with dog bowls and bins, and explore the hidden temples and impressive statues. There’s also a fantastic RAF-themed play area for kids.

This is an absolutely amazing place. We booked the Chestnut Lodge for a 60th birthday and 6 ladies stayed in the lodge. We thought it was just a lodge with a hot tub but boy were we wrong about that. The house was fabulous, exceptionally clean, spacious, everything there that you could need. Then we explored the surroundings. The farm is so beautifRead moreul, with something for everyone. The cafe and shop were lovely too. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Hide

An idyllic spot in beautiful countryside where we went for my birthday weekend. My family were delighted with it and all the outdoor games and the animals and the walks from the farm. My three teenage grandchildren really enjoyed the hot tub each night (we were in Chestnut Lodge). We had chosen not to cook for ourselves as we knew there was a cafe Read moreon the farm, and two pubs in walking distance. So we took advantage of the cafe and The Lion Inn, were very happy with them and ate too much! Hide

A beautiful property, that had been lovingly decorated for Christmas. We loved using the hot tub after busy days out. Plenty of room to relax. Beds were comfy and the property was very clean.
