"Set deep in the Highlands, near the mysterious waters of Loch Ness, this cosy lodge is the perfect retreat to bring your family and dogs for an adventurous trip you’ll never forget.

Arrive through the stunning terrain of the Highlands. The lodge sits in its own enclosed garden space within a vast expanse of countryside, with the River Cannich winding by just beyond your boundary. Head inside and you’ll find the heart of this home — an open-plan living space to make your team of pioneers comfortable during your stay. There’s a delightful kitchen, with everything you need for making family meals, and a dining table that’s perfect for route planning sessions. The best bit might be the cosy sitting area, with sofas and a TV to help you unwind after a long trek. Head through to your bedrooms when you’re beat from the day; a king and a bunk bedroom make ideal quarters for a growing family.

Start your exploring straight from your door, where scenic walks, cycle rides, and trails lead around the Rivers Cannich and Glass. You can even fish for trout and salmon if that floats your boat. Check out the village for atmospheric lanes and walks. A scenic 15-mile drive brings you to the shores of Loch Ness, where you can really test out your walking boots. Or take a 16-mile jaunt to the historic and stunning site of Urquhart Castle to take in some Inverness heritage while you’re here."

Beautiful location, cabin had wonderful views. Cabin was immaculate, well presented and well equipped. Lovely private garden/ outside space looking out onto fields and mountains. Local shop was well equipped, served food to eat in or takeaway with friendly staff.

This log cabin was very comfortable and clean .in a very quiet location. It is in a great spot to travel to the surrounding area for excellent walks, hikes etc. With Inverness not far away. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our dog had a great time as well.
