Share an unforgettable getaway with your special someone at this lovely stone cottage in Crich. Sleeping two people in one cosy bedroom and welcoming three canine companions, it’s perfect for couples who want to unwind in style while they discover the beauty of the Peak District with their pups by their side. Wake up and take your pups for a ride on a vintage tram at Crich Tramway Village, or head off to the Heights of Abraham, where your dogs can join you on the cable car ride to the summit. At the top, there are 60 acres of woodland trails to explore. In the evening, come home to share a romantic al fresco dinner in the shared patio garden.
Step inside and make your way to the bright and cheerful lounge to take a moment for yourself by the striking wood burner. Rustle up some dinner in the chic, compact kitchen and savour a romantic meal at the stylish breakfast bar. After dinner, head out into the shared garden and enjoy a glass of something cool and crisp on the patio just across the road from your cottage. Afterwards, head back to the lounge to cosy up by the roaring wood burner while your pups sleep contentedly at your feet. At the end of the day, head upstairs to a large king-size bedroom. An elegant bathroom with a glamorous freestanding bath and separate shower completes the chic layout.
Lace up your hiking boots and take your pups to Crich Stand (1 mile) where a steady climb leads you to the striking Sherwood Foresters Memorial Tower. Or head off to walk along the High Peak Trail (3.5 miles) – a flat, traffic-free path along a disused railway line. You’ll find plenty of dog-friendly cafes and pubs along the way.
