Rinse muddy paws in the special dog shower, then bask in the sunshine out in the courtyard at this dog-friendly Derbyshire cottage. Follow furry feet into the charming bolthole and wander through to the lounge together. Let him find himself a quiet corner of the carpet while you kick back on the comfortable seating in front of your favourite show on the Smart TV. Head into the dining room instead to gather round the table for meals or to play a hand or two of cards. Another Smart TV can be found in here, and there is space to hang dog leads. The kitchen, where you can feed your chum and prepare delicious meals for the rest of your party, is towards the back of the cottage. Prop open the door here on fine days so your pet can pad outside. You might also position his dog bed down here. As day turns to night, climb the stairs to your own rooms on the first floor. Each of these is double in size. There is also a lovely bathroom with a gorgeous freestanding bath. Dine outside as often as possible, with your cheerful chum keeping you company. There is an external boot room where you can shower him off after each adventure. Guests have allocated parking for two cars opposite the cottage.
Pocket some puppy treats and head 5.5 miles into the national park to stretch furry legs with a walk on Stanton Moor. Explore the parkland grounds at Chatsworth House, 9 miles away, together too. Dogs are also welcome at the famous Heights of Abraham, 0.5 miles away.
