A handcrafted oak door leads into this delightful dual-level apartment. On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom: a splendid en-suite double, alongside an elegantly tiled family bathroom. Stairs lead up into the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with glazed patio doors offering a gorgeous view with glimpses of the river. The cheery lounge has ample seating and a Smart TV, and the dining table is positioned so you can take in the surrounding scenery. Over in the corner, the sleek kitchen has plenty of workspace and useful equipment. The final bedroom, a snug single, is just off the lounge area. Outside, the shared courtyard garden is a relaxing spot for a morning coffee as your pets get ready to explore Dartmouth. Designated parking is available for one car.

This beautiful area is home to a choice of pet-friendly beaches, with Sugary and Castle Cove, Landcombe Cove, and Scabbacombe Sands all within 8 miles. Pets are welcome at a range of local attractions including Babbacombe Model Village, Berry Pomeroy Castle, Buckfast Abbey and the gardens at Coleton Fishacre, Greenway and Fast Rabbit Farm, all within 20 miles. Inland, you can explore the stunning expanses of Dartmoor (15 miles).

A great place to stay in a good location with parking. Spotlessly clean with everything you needed - comfortable matress and warm duvet, large towels !!! Lovely view from the lounge window and only 20-25 minute walk into town. If the hills are too much for you on the return, the no.90 bus stops two doors down from the property. Welcome basket Read morefor the dog with treats, bags, fleeces, bowl and a towel which was very welcome. Milk was in the fridge and a few chocolates were waiting for us which was a nice touch. The only tiny niggle for us, was the TV was incredibly small and the bedside lamps were very dim - otherwise everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Hide

Clean, tidy comfortable cottage. Good walk to the front but the number 90 bus does a round robin past the front. Love Dartmouth and this is a great place to stop.
