Take one lucky pup to this beautiful two-storey property in Penmaenmawr, perfect for friends and families looking to relax by the sea. The coastal town of Penmaenmawr offers a pub, shops, a museum, and a sandy beach. From your doorstep, let your pup lead the way along one of the many footpaths and routes to discover the stunning coast and countryside next to the Eryri or Snowdonia National Park. Conwy Morfa Beach (4 miles) welcomes your pup to go mutts on the beach all year and is great for fishing and splashing in the sea.

This lovely property has bold colours in the living area furnishings and soothing tones inspired by a nature theme in the bedrooms. Downstairs, natural light floods the kitchen/diner, a lovely social space that boasts all the necessary appliances to rustle up a bite to eat. Enjoy the views while you dine or plan your holiday activities. Relax in the lounge on the comfortable sofa while four-pawed pals nap at your feet. A pretty fireplace with a wood burner keeps you toasty while you enjoy reading or watching a film on the Smart TV. It is a nice period cottage, with lovely period furniture, but decorated to a high, modern standard. Being a period cottage meant it was a cool retreat from the heatwave outside. It's in a great central location for the North Wales Coast, and with a selection of local shops just a short walk away. Great location, town and beach in walking distance, gateway to North Wales and Anglesey . Small garden for our dog with garden chairs to sit outside. Owner Jason lives on site very welcoming and give us the history of the house and suggested places to visit. Would love to stay again.

Fantastic location. We used the bus & rail network rather than drive around, all reasonable prices & easily accessed. The property is a home from home, everything you could need. What a great find. Will definitely be returning.

What a great place to stay , it suited us down to the ground. We had a fabulous stay at Conwy Retreat. It was in a very quiet place with secluded garden. This was perfect for sitting out and for our dog to have some freedom. The cottage is well equipped, super clean and had very comfortable beds. A few minutes walk from the village high street with plenty of choice for cafes, take outs or CO OP. Would highly Read morerecommend fish and chips from Stellas. It is great for short hops to Conwy, Llandudno, Anglesey, Morfa Beach, which is dog friendly all year. Hide

A Beautiful well kept property in a beautiful location, close to main North Wales route so fast and easy access to pretty much most of North Wales in about an hour. Without a doubt we would go back here next time we plan a holiday to North Wales.

We had a really lovely holiday in Conwy Retreat. Property was spotless, so comfortable. Jason the owner was very helpful and lived on site .And a super friendly person. The surrounding area is lovely, just minutes away from lovely views. We are planning to return in the very near future.

Jason was a wonderful host, he even bought an Easter egg for my young son, who was thrilled upon finding it in his bedroom! It was spotless upon arrival and in a great location for exploring. As others have said, the beds are really comfortable, so had a nice restful sleep. Loved every minute of our stay, just wish it could have been longer :-)

We stopped at the cottage for a week in April, myself, partner, teenage son and chocolate labrador. The cottage had everything that you needed and more,a real home from home. The location is brilliant,a short drive to all the areas that you want to visit. The local area had all the shops that you would need and some lovely places to eat.. Had a very comfortable stay. The small town and sea front are within easy walking distance. Plenty of local opportunities for walking and exploring. Local train station handy for day tripping. Very good value.

The property was lovely. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Lovely log burner which sent out a lot of heat, only used it first night as the heating system is very good. The beds are extremely comfortable with good quality bedding and the bathroom has a lovely shower and a roll top bath. The garden is ideal for a dog and is fenced in for Read moresecurity.
