Simply presented yet comfortable throughout, this property is an ideal base for two dogs and five accompanying humans looking to explore the Norfolk coastline. Located in the coastal village of Overstrand, you’ll be within a 0.5-mile stroll from the golden sandy beach and a whole host of traditional amusements such as classic fish and chips in a friendly cafe and cliff-top strolls to Cromer and beyond. Weary and sandy from your adventures, return to a glass of wine in your safely enclosed garden and slip your waggy-tailed chum a few treats so they can relax too.

You’ll have everything you need to holiday in comfort, whether you are transforming delicious local produce into hearty meals in the kitchen, or settling down to family films in the lounge/diner with bowls of buttery popcorn. Tuck in together at the table or head outside to dine alfresco whilst Fido stretches his legs on the lawn, or why not give yourself the night off from cooking and wander down to the pub for a slap-up feast? Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom provide cosy sleeping quarters and washing facilities for the entire pack. There is also off-road parking for two cars.

The peaceful village of Overstrand is top dog for walks along the coastline, but be sure to keep Rover at heel just in case you encounter any resident wildlife such as nesting wildfowl. Soak up the views over a flask of coffee and recharge your batteries with a bite to eat in a cafe before tackling the 2-mile walk to Cromer, where you can admire the iconic lighthouse and perhaps pay a visit to the museum. Overstrand Beach itself has dog restrictions from May to October, but East Runton, 3.5 miles away, welcomes furry visitors all year round and is a must for fossil hunters.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at 'Winnies' for a week in April. The house was clean and comfortable, with all the equipment and amenitities we required. A very clean and well presented property. It has the best selection of sharp knives we have ever come across in a holiday rental! Perfect location for the beaches with our two dogs and several National Trust Properties. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely house, very clean and comfortable with a good garden for our terrier - situated in a quiet attractive road. It's a short and lovely walk ( via the Londs - no traffic here) to the beautiful beach in Overstrand - very peaceful and quiet. Modern house with a nice little garden, good for a dog. About 10mins walk to the cliff top and dog friendly cafe but quite steep pathway down to the beach. Village shop unfriendly and cash only!

Excellent property! Very comfy and clean. Garden secure for children and dogs! Great location to walk to the sea front where there's a super dog friendly cafe serving yummy food including vegan options. The slope down to the beach is steep. Pub, post office and shop in Overstrand all within walking distance. .
