Sit back in the cinema room or challenge fellow guests to a game of tennis in the indoor games barn, curl up in front of the wood burner in the lounge or take a seat at the cocktail bar and sip a cold tipple. A tipple can also be enjoyed alfresco in the courtyard or on the patio where you can also sizzle up a tasty BBQ. One of five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor and has its own en-suite wet room. The remaining four rooms reside on the first floor with the family bathroom and two en-suites; one room is even treated to a bathtub beyond the bed.
Should you have played enough tennis, badminton and football on the indoor court, travel 20 miles to the National Trust’s Chirk Castle, or excite little ones with a trip to Chester Zoo, 21 miles. For an adventure closer to home, pop on a lead and head out onto one of many trails which pass by your door.
