Large well appointed house in a very quiet location aside from the church bells which we enjoyed. Nice private courtyard area and huge garden with pleasant views. Also well positioned to visit a multitude of places. The property is worthy of a five star review aside from some house cleaning and hygiene issues we experienced with all three toilets aRead morend the bathrooms. So unfortunately it is a 4 star review on this occasion. That being said we enjoyed our stay and would personally stay again with some recommendations being implemented. Hide

We really enjoyed both the very interesting house and its setting. It was perfect for our family group of four sisters and one husband/brother-in-law. Although only there for three nights we were able to visit some lovely places, particularly enjoying the display of needlework hangings in Truro cathedral and the beaches on the Roseland peninsula.

A lovely house with a HUGE master bedroom, and good sized other rooms, in a lovely position well placed for Truro but also both coasts, Eden Project, Heligan and lots of other attractions. Be prepared for single track roads (this holds for Cornwal as a whole!)

Ladock is a wonderful quiet location, surrounded by good walks and with car access to all the coastal and inland places to visit. The house is so comfortable and easy to use and the hosts accommodating and quick to respond to any minor issues. We had a great stay.

Lovely cottage in the middle of Cornwall, a great base for daytrips throughout the county, but also a lovely place to stay and just enjoy the house and the lovely gardens! The house is well decorated and fully equiped with all you can think of. The bedroooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The only point of attention is that the downstairs bRead moreedroom does not have easy access to any of the bathrooms or tolilets, so it's not a good solution for not-so-mobile people. Apart from that, all good! Hide

Would highly recommend this beautiful, spacious house. We were a group of 7 plus a dog, and it catered for us perfectly. It was easy check in, the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. So many things to do within 30 mins drive of the location, and it was such a calm and relaxing holiday. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Beautiful coach house close to both coasts. Spacious yet homely. Lots of local history attached to the property. Need a car as no local facilities. Sensational welcome with flowers, prosecco, scones jam and cream
