Located in 75 acres of lush green grounds with woodlands, peaceful gardens and a lake, this impressive home-from-home in North Wales will set dogs’ tails wagging. Groups of up to eight humans and two pups will adore the spirit of adventure this wonderful property offers, with beautiful countryside on its doorstep and nearby outdoor activities to go mutts for.

Leaping through the porch, cheeky hounds will discover a modern kitchen with all the essentials to whip up a delicious plate of food and bowl of doggy treats. Down the hall is a sociable dining room, with breathtaking views over the lake, where you can dig into your scrumptious homemade meal. Once full, head to one of three bedrooms on this floor for an afternoon snooze: two twin bedrooms and a super king-size zip-and-link offer relaxing spaces to rest your head. Perhaps a peaceful soak in the stylish bathroom is what you need after a day exploring the great outdoors? On the lower ground floor is a fourth super king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A separate shower room is along the hall. The lounge has comfy sofas and a glorious wood burner, and a handy utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer to help clean those muddy paw prints from your clothes. Outside, the world is your oyster: enjoy the private hot tub or run wild across the shared grounds.

The market town of Bala is 3 miles away and boasts a dog-friendly family-run restaurant, cafes and a famous fish and chip shop dined in by the entire Manchester United football team! The National White Water Centre is just 6 miles away and offers white water rafting and kayaking on natural rapids.

Really good stay, location close to Bala and waterfall, Fantastic time on the lake on peddles boats and canoes, great asset to have during stay. Would definitely recommend and would return Thanks for the lovely welcome basket too

Put Wiffi Booster info in booklet at House so people renting property can have options if they need to use wifi in property. Apart from that we had a great Stay with Family over New Year

Situated in beautiful grounds with lake and river flowing through. Well maintained, just perfect. We made good use of this. Location good. Plenty to do in area. Beds are comfortable, but house overall badly needs some serious TLC, deep cleaning and refurbishment.

Great location for a restful week. The views are truly wonderful and we were left to get on with the holiday. The cottage was a bit short of equipment in the kitchen, but we managed. Plenty of space for 8 people and 2 dogs. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. Bring your bug spray as youll need it in the evening but its in the country, near wRead moreater, so expected. if you enjoy the river and fishing, you will be hard pressed to beat this destination. the house was lovely it had all we needed including the hot tub. If i had was criticism it would be a upright hoover would be a good call...i know what your thinking :) but this is our 2nd time in 3 years and we will look to book again as it was a great weeks breRead moreak. i would suggest you order your food from ASDA to be delivered as bala shops are limited.
