This beautiful barn conversion on a farm in the Lincolnshire Wolds is ready and waiting with open paws for six holidaymakers and two canine companions. Explore the surrounding fields at your leisure along footpaths, bridleways and country lanes; your four-legged friends will enjoy the freedom of the great outdoors while you happen upon any number of picturesque places to picnic.

Your inviting, single-storey holiday home has been designed with your whole group in mind, those with wagging tails included. The generous boot room has ample space for doggy beds as well as pushchairs, coats and wellies. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with a useful pantry for storing all your supplies, including those special pet treats. A long table is wonderful for family meals and a comfortable seating area, with a wood burner and a TV, offers ample space for those with two and four legs to rest and recuperate after a long day out in the fresh air. Retire to one of three bedrooms as day turns to night. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room while the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Evenings can also be spent out beside a lit firepit on your private patio area, with your furry friends at your side.

Head into the colourful market town of Alford, just 2 miles away, to find a selection of independent shops as well as dog-friendly cafes and pubs. Further afield, 14 miles away, Hubbard’s Hills at Louth is a great place for lively pets to bound about and for everyone to walk beside the river. Seaside-loving holidaymakers and hounds alike will also enjoy being just 8.5 miles from the Lincolnshire coast, where Sandilands Beach is a particular favourite when it comes to leaving the leash behind.

The Stables was a very comfortable place for a family holiday of different generations in a tranquil location but only a short drive from the coast. Paul made us very welcome and we all had a very enjoyable break.

A well appointed and thoughtfully laid out former converted stable. The boot room at the entrance is great to have. The living room/kitchen is spacious and inviting and the kitchen has virtually everything one needs, though a coffee machine or moka would be welcome.
