We had a lovely week at the barn. It was so quiet and peaceful. Underfloor heating in the kitchen is a luxury we don't have and the dogs loved it. Fabulous log burner which made it even more cosy. Comfy furniture and bed. Sleep like logs. James is very welcoming and lives onsite so is around if you need anything. We were lucky with some sunny Read moredays, west Wales has so many lovely dog friendly places and days out. There are 2 very nice dog friendly pubs about 15 or so minutes away which has lovely fresh local food and lovely staff. Would recommend booking a Sunday lunch at the black lion in advance as unfortunately they were fully booked on the Sunday we were there, we did however go there later in the week. We will definitely be back next year if not before!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Hide

Owner very kindly let us arrive 24 hours early so we could outrun a very severe storm with heavy snow. We were leaving another holiday let and had to leave that one so James the owner was a literal life saver. Our friends had to delay their arrival by a day due to the snow. Can highly recommend for total peace and relaxation. Set in stunning scenery with the darkest of skys, we had amazing sunrises/sunsets and prime view of the Milkyway. Had a week of IT detox enjoying jigsaws, reading, walking with just a few forays to the Welsh Coastal Path and local small towns. Will definitely be booking again.

We had a lovely stay at the Barn. It was clean, comfortable, so quiet and had everything we needed for us and our dogs. The garden was a perfect size and looked out to the lovely countryside. Ideal barn in a very secluded and peaceful setting. We were able to walk our dogs on the road and never met anyone. James very helpful. Paddock is great for letting dogs out early and late. We were amazingly lucky with the weather, but nonetheless very cosy cottage with wonderful views.

Great set up for dogs- we had 4 between us - large entrance space to clean them after muddy walks plus an enclosed garden and a large paddock, they loved it! We had a few issues with heating, gadgets, shower but owner is on site and was very responsive.
