One of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Beautiful location and wonderful views. The sunsets were amazing from the house. Gifts of cake, flowers and prosecco were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again. A*

A beautiful house with splendid views. Tasteful decor in every room. The joy of good bedroom furniture so you can actually unpack. Well-equipped with high quality crockery. Attractive dining area. Firstly, Thanks for the arrival gifts. A great house and a lovely location for walks, with amazing views. (Binnoculars upstairs) The house is clean and well-equipped. Our second visit in a year. Great cottage and lots of good stuff to do. The pick of cards pub is nice for a meal and drink but food quite pricey. The carvery was lovely. Well equipped cottaged.. Great views from the cottage and lots of birds singing which is lovely. An en-suite shower and arm chair would be useful additions.

The property had everything and more we could wish for from a holiday let. Attention to detail was exceptional. A true home from home. Getting in and out of the driveway with a relatively large SUV took a bit of getting used too. But that would be the same in many coastal properties in Devon. Great view of the Combe Martin bay.

Great house in a great position close to the beach, bakery, chip shop, local store and a few nice food pubs. Made use of the EV charger and although a tight squeeze we got 4 cars in the driveway.

Our second stay in this property and it was fantastic again. Beautiful, well equipped house. The garden is fully enclosed and secure: perfect for our dog. Beds comfy and all the kitchen equipment you need. The drive is a bit tricky to navigate until you get used to it. A great place to base a holiday in North Devon.
