We loved our week here. We found the cottage clean, comfortable with everything you need. The views from the cottage are beautiful. Absolutely stunning. The surrounding area is equally lovely. Fields full of sheep and pheasants everywhere! There are beautiful villages and towns within easy reach. Ripon, Masham and Harrogate all worth a look. Quiet comfortable cottage in the countryside but with easy access to Masham and Wensleydale. Parking on the driveway is difficult especially for larger cars (steep and narrow between stone walls). However, parking is usually available in lay-by across the road.

Beautiful cottage with a perfect location. Lovely garden for the dogs to play in. Chihuaha escaped from the garden through the slats in the gate because she is so small so only slight negative point i can say about the whole property. The owner Helen is lovely and will do anything for you. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Just about everything you need when away from home. Walking from the door onto the quiet country lane and then onto the many footpaths to the fells. Enclosed garden was great for our dogs (German Shepherds). We had a great stay, weather was fantastic too. Certainly will look to re-book.
