Cottage is in a beautiful place and really comfortable. A bit run down eg repainted areas not matching, fridge not working handles dropping off drawers and carpets a bit grubby. It would have been nice to have 2 matching glasses and some flutes. However in a beautiful area and our neighbours were absolutely lovely. A really lovely peaceful stay

Lovely grounds and a peaceful setting that is off the beaten track. Comfortable. The decor and kitchen is a bit tired and the Smart TV was too Smart for us...

Kirkby Fleetham Hall is an amazing location, the vista from the cottage absolutely beautiful, there were walks right from the door for us and our dog, a lovely pub not far away (please get the take away fish and chips on a Friday night - they are superb), nice owner, super bed and bedding, well equipped kitchen. The decor is a bit tired and a deep Read moreclean is needed in some areas but on the whole we had a very very nice week at Willow Tree Cottage. Hide

The cottage is set in beautiful grounds and a lovely place to relax & unwind and a good base to explore the amazing Yorkshire countryside. Sitting eating breakfast looking over the garden & lake watching the moorhens & squirrels was heavenly, so peaceful & tranquil. We had a lovely week staying here and didn't really want to leave.
