The Old Coach House at Aylmer has been beautifully converted. It is light, airy and very comfortable. It is secluded, with a big gate and a high wall around the courtyard, which was ideal for our dog. The location is perfect, being just a few minutes from the roads out of town, but also handy for Brixham town centre and the quayside. The cleaning nRead moreeeds to be checked more thoroughly. We had issues with a couple of items, but overall it was an excellent place to stay and we enjoyed our holiday Hide

Beautifully renovated cottage with large bedrooms and lovely, light living space. Really helpful to have our own parking on the drive outside. Pub was within easy walking distance and less than 30 minutes walk down to the harbour. Lovely walks to different parts of the coast, too.

Beautiful house, well situated (25 minute walk into Brixham), very clean and tidy. Bottle of wine and home baked cake was a lovely welcome into the house! Absolutely great and well worth the money.

Beautiful, spacious place within easy reach of local shops and very well situated to explore the surrounding areas. The house was spotlessly clean and the best lemon drizzle cake ever as declared by the kids, a welcome arrival gift after a long drive!

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Such a bonus to have parking space and a secure outside area for our curious cocker spaniel. As there are no pubs nearby that serve food, it is quite a walk into town for eateries etc. We walk at pace at it took us 30 minutes. Those less energetic may want to drive and park instead.

Great cottage in good location for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area. Modern and well equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Also a parking space up private drive which I understand is not always provided in holiday cottages in this areas. Could do with signposting more prominently as we drove past 3 times trying to find it.
