At the beaches, you can pick up the long-distance South West Coast Path, where Fido can lead you high onto the cliffs to experience the rugged coastal scenery. Heading inland, you’ll soon reach Exmoor National Park (8 miles). This playground for pups is packed with walking trails and beauty spots to sniff and explore, from waterside strolls at Wistlandpound (12 miles) or Wimbleball Lake (30 miles), to woodland walks at Arlington Court (12 miles) or Tarr Steps (22 miles).
