Wander the pretty streets at Talybont-on-Usk and sit down at a dog-friendly eatery to refuel. A 15-mile trip further into the National Park will take you Pen-y-Fan, the highest peak in South Wales, where those with two and four legs can enjoy breathtaking views and a peak-top picnic.
