Great weekend away with the girls. Excellent facilities and the cottage is very well equipped. A little off the beaten track and access via narrow lanes however worth the trip if you want to spend most of your time at the cottages.

A Perfect 50th Celebration! We had the most wonderful stay at Burrow Farmhouse for a group of 10 of us celebrating a friends 50th birthday. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The large kitchen made preparing meals together an absolute joy, and the huge dining rRead moreoom was the perfect setting for our celebratory dinners. A massive bonus for a group of our size was that every single bedroom has its own ensuite, making getting ready in the morning completely stress-free! Speaking of the bedrooms, the beds were so incredibly comfy that we seriously wished we could have slowed down time just to enjoy them (and those gorgeous morning views) for a little bit longer. Even though the weather wasnt dry the entire time, it didn't dampen our spirits at all. The games barn was a fantastic addition, and we loved the covered hot tub, which allowed us to soak and enjoy the stunning scenery rain or shine. The large windows throughout the house also let us take in the countryside, though, if we had one very minor piece of feedback, we wondered if it might be possible to shift that huge, beautiful chestnut tree just a tiny bit to the left to make the view even more perfect! A lovely Christmas week, the huge welcome hamper was excellent, added to the personal touch. Annie and Brian were on hand when/if we needed them. The hot tub and games barn were an added bonus and used every day. Wonderful views, easy to walk locally with the dogs, and a local pub too. Excellent holiday, definitely would recommend
