A beautifully presented hobbit themed cottage, a real hobbit hole, built in to the land. Very close attention to detail tastefully portrayed extends throughout the whole cottage. A very practical spacious living area and bedrooms with extra dressing rooms. Very light and airy even with a grass roof.

The cottage was lovely and clean upon arrival. There was a welcoming bottle of prosecco in the fridge. The welcome pack was well stocked with all the essentials. The dog blanket, toys and treats were a nice touch. The cottage was spacious and more than enough room for 2 couples. Our dog had a lovely time and we are looking forward to revisiting.
