Overlooking the sandy beach at Westward Ho!, this delightful two-bedroom apartment is great for a family of four and two of your four-pawed pals. Benefitting from a sunny balcony, an enviable location, and stylish furnishings, this apartment is a lovely retreat for a Devonshire getaway.

Situated on the first floor, this apartment boasts wonderful sea views from the bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner. Whip up delicious dinners in the practical kitchen, take a seat around the dining table, or rest tired feet and paws in the comfortable lounge in front of the TV. Guests will also have access to a shared utility room, perfect for cleaning up dog towels or soggy swimwear. When you are ready for some shuteye, choose from two welcoming bedrooms, both benefitting from TVs for some time out. There is a twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom that has an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom with a spa bath completes the interior of the accommodation. Spend evenings watching the sunset on the patio furniture on the balcony that overlooks the beach.

Westward Ho! is a bustling village with a range of shops, amusements and places to eat. You will be able to reach everything you need within just 500 metres. The superb beach here has plenty of rockpools for the kids to explore and stretches of the shoreline welcome dogs year-round. The Northam Burrows Country Park sits just behind the beach and is a great spot for walking, while the scenic South West Coast Path passes through the village. Stretching more than 600 miles and passing far-reaching views of coast and countryside, you can leave no stick unfetched on this route.

We stayed in The Waterfront Apartment, fantastic views of the sea, very tastefully decorated, everything was there to make our stay comfortable, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and a great complimentary selection of coffee, hot chocolate, tea and biscuits which was a lovely touch! We would definitely return!
