Inside, the house is set out across two floors and is flooded with light throughout. The downstairs lounge is large, and very comfortable thanks to cosy sofas situated around the fireplace and TV, so it’s the perfect spot to kick back and relax on chillier nights. The kitchen is also generously proportioned and has everything you will need to cook up delicious meals for all your party. It has a separate, adjoining dining area for sociable mealtimes. The ground floor is home to one of the double bedrooms, as well as the large family bathroom. The downstairs accommodation is completed with a useful utility area and separate WC. To go upstairs, there is a choice of two staircases at either side of the property. On the first floor is a master king-size bedroom with a TV and en-suite shower room. The second room has twin beds and a TV too. Finally, there is a snug room with sofas and a TV for an extra chill-out space. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with a lawn and a patio area. It has a BBQ and an outside dining table, chairs and sun loungers for relaxing when the weather allows. There''s even a warm outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or clean muddy paws when needed.
Putsborough is a pretty village with thatched cottages and a stream running through it. The golden beach at Putsborough Sands is just a half-mile from the village, with a broad swathe allowing dogs all year round.
