A lovely barn conversion. We stayed here to attend a family celebration and it was perfect for all generations of our family! Everyone loved the pool and my grandson particularly liked the playground and the farm animals! We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou.

Lovely cottage and location. Highly recommend to stay. Just a few minor things that could be done to improve . None Slip mats in showers, basic condiments in kitchen, speedier Wi-Fi and a bedside table and lamp on left side of bed in main bedroom. These being said, it is a lovely property and location and ww were very comfortable. Good friendly pubRead more in village. Hide

Good location for closeness, and ease of access, to Taunton and motorway. Pricing was reasonable for the accommodation, and within my budget. My wife and I both thought it was competitively priced, and offered fair value for money. The converted barn had charm and the room sizes, and level of comfort, was good. The beds provided a good night's sleep Read more, because they provided good lumbar support. If the beds were too spongy we would not have slept so soundly.A peaceful retreat. Hide

Lovely accomodation with very comfortable beds. The pool is fantastic and we had it to ourselves most days. There are great walks past Trull waterfall ( sadly no water ) and back to Trull where there is a super park, a nice pub and a community run cafe. Taunton has great sopping and is easy to get to.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for one week and the Root Barn for the second. Both were comfortable and clean, though not luxurious. The swimming pool was excellent and used by us several times a day. We very much enjoyed the Farmhouse's skittles alley and large games room. Trull village is an easy walk away and Taunton is worth a visit (especially theRead more museum) and doable by bus. We found the locals to be especially friendly and helpful. A trip to Dunster was a highlight. Hide

Friendly owners. Children loved the pool and loved the way the sheep and cattle used to stare and wander over to the fence to look at our Labrador. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi slow but not really what a holiday is about for everyone. Velux windows gave good air as was quite warm. Nicely converted into holiday accommodation. The root barn was very comfortable and well equipped for a family of four and two grandparents. The swimming pool is amazing and the children loved it. The property is as described, with shared laundry facilities and shared indoor swimming pool. It is close to the M5 motorway, which you can hear as a background noise, but I did not find this troublesome. There are pleasant walks from the property as well as lots of lovely countryside close by. It is close to, and facing, another property but this Read moredid not bother me. Owners were very responsive when I had a minor problem. Hide
