Discover the Yorkshire Coast or the vibrant city of Hull with your canine companion at your heels on a break to this wonderful family home. After a day out and about your four-pawed pup will also appreciate the property’s underfloor heating, a treat for humans too.

A contemporary property with stylish grey interiors throughout, this detached cottage is ideally suited to a range of family make ups. The ground-floor has an open-plan layout, with stylish interiors and comprises of a lounge/games room, diner, utility room and kitchen, home to an electric double oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Throw open the bi-fold doors from the lounge to allow fresh air to flood the property and give your dog free roam of the garden. Upstairs, there are five restful bedrooms made up of one king-size, three doubles and a twin, alongside a mix of bathrooms and shower rooms.

Experience days out in some of Yorkshire’s most historic towns and cities, heading to Beverly (15 miles) or York (28 miles) to explore quaint streets and plenty of independent businesses. The coast can also be found close by, with Hornsea’s dog-friendly South Beach (29.5 miles) a popular spot for playing fetch on the sand. We also recommend a trip to the chocolate box village of Welton (12.5 miles), a great spot with walking routes aplenty and a dog-friendly local pub in which to end the day.

Lovely, well equipped house with several large living spaces perfect for our multifamily Christmas celebrations. Pubs, shops and good off lead dog walking all accessible just a few minutes walk from the house.

We attended as a mixed family group and the property was ideal. Everything that you could need was available and the followup from the ower was first class. The property is ideally situated both within the local village and for exploring the surrounding area. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous holiday house, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Plenty of space and storage on both floors to enjoy a family celebration. The games room and the outside area were particularly enjoyed by all ages. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful on arrival. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Would highly recommend this house.

We loved staying at Baysgarth, it was the perfect location for a wedding at Riverlands and commutes to Hull, York and Leeds. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The house was wonderful, the roll top bath was a dream to slip into. The sitting room was well equipped, with plenty of seating. The induction hob was a little slow but the two ovens were great. The dishwasher needed a thorough clean but was great as there were 11 of us. The outside was great and all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

This house was excellent for a four generation family. It was very well equipped. We managed to sit outside a couple of times and the patio would be great during hot weather. It's position was good to get to attractions.

Loved the house, it was immaculate and well designed. Great for a family retreat with 3 households attending with grandparents, kids and dogs. It was like winning the lottery for a week.

Baysgarth was an excellent place to stay. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. House is large with excellent kitchen with all the facilities you would need for making a large family meal. The games area with bifold doors on to the decking area with plenty of seating is an excellent area for eating and children playing.
