This is a lovely place to get together with friends and family. A really interesting, characterful house with beautiful gardens reaching down to the estuary. A place to enjoy and relax in. As a family of seven, we really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful well equipped property in an amazing location. The single bedrooms are only really suitable for children but the doubles were spacious and comfortable. The garden is fabulous and there is plenty of parking. Ideal for walks around Beaulieu area right from the door.

Maybe protect some of your heirlooms from possible damage or maybe older children. We managed not to break anything but the Ostrich egg was a curiosity our grand daughters wished to handle but were not allowed to!

This is an excellent property, very well located, full of charm and interest, and exceptionally well appointed. We used it for a reunion of college friends and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time even tho the weather outside was terrible! Perfect.

Our favourite place to stay in the UK so far - beautiful location in a historic building full of character. Genuinely felt like we were transported away from the real world for a week and came back very relaxed and rejuvenated.
