Surrounded by far-reaching countryside views, this charming couple’s cottage set on East Lilburn Farm is perfect for unwinding in nature. Bring two canine companions for a break in Northumberland, with both the coast and Northumberland National Park within reach. After an afternoon stroll through the countryside, you can relax by the fire, sink into a bubble bath or cook a homemade dinner in the spacious kitchen/diner.
Enter the cottage through the hallway and pass the downstairs WC to reach the welcoming lounge with a wood burner inside an exposed brick, inglenook fireplace. This homely space has a traditional cottage feel and is decorated with tones of pink, red and blue. Continue into the neutral-toned kitchen/diner with plenty of surface space on the white and wooden fitted ‘L’-shaped kitchen unit. Opposite the exposed brick feature fireplace is a wooden dining table with four chairs. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower plus a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom. There is off-road, private parking for two cars.
