We stay at cottages every year and this is the best we have stayed at so far. Great location, so clean, lovely welcome pack, fantastic amenities close by (pubs, dog walks, nature reserves), easy to get to, friendly hosts. What a great find and we will hopefully be returning before too long.

A great location as a base for visiting various areas of North Yorkshire, with lovely views from the garden. Although next to a road, the traffic is minimal and is barely noticeable - our dog loved his morning walk along there to the henges. Was clean on arrival, with a lovely welcome basket of goodies - including biscuits for our dog. The owner waRead mores friendly and lives next door, so was there on our arrival to show us around. The garden is secure, so perfect for dogs to have a wander around on their own. There was parking for one car right next to the property, making it easy to unload/load. Overall, a lovely clean and spacious property, perfect for your doggy companions, too! Hide
