As a family of four adults and our dog we stayed for 10 nights at the cottage in August 2025. It was very well equipped, quirky and clean. There were lovely treats for humans and the dog, and within minutes to a friendly local pub. We really valued the secure and enclosed front garden to enable out dog to sit on the grass without worrying he would Read moreget out. Lovely cottage with cosy garden. Pub (with garden) next door, so you can easily go out for dinner or for a beer. Lots to see in the area, f.e Bath and a lot of National Trust properties. Friendly owner. Id like to come back!

Such an attractive cottage, beautifully furnished with lots of interesting 'objets' and pictures, much nicer than most holiday cottages, really homely. We enjoyed the woodburner and felt very much at home!

The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was calm and cool in the recent hot weather and the garden was lovely for eating out in the evening. The cottage was well located for days out and there are good amenities such as local shop, pubs, cafe which were all really nice. We had a lovely week.
