The contemporary property has a sociable, open-plan layout and welcomes six guests and one medium/two small pups. You’ll be just 2 miles from a sandy, woof-welcoming beach and you’ll also be 21 miles from the woodland tracks and trails of North Riding Forest Park, on the southern slopes of the North York Moors.
The bungalow has a spacious hallway to store boots and dog-walking gear. From here, move through to the bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll find ample space for you and the hound to spread out and relax. Create delicious dishes for the group in the sleek kitchen area, to enjoy at either the breakfast bar or the formal dining table. In summer, throw open the patio doors to increase the social space and allow Fido to potter in and out to the garden. The lounge area features a huge corner sofa to sink into and enjoy movie nights around the TV/DVD. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and has its own TV for relaxing mornings in bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a family bathroom. Outside, soak up the sunshine during al fresco meals on the south-facing patio. The garden is fully enclosed for your four-legged friend and, in an outbuilding, you’ll find a games room with table football and a utility room.
Hunmanby is a vibrant village with a good range of paw-friendly cafes and pubs. Just 2 miles away is the magnificent Hunmanby Gap – a vast, sandy beach that welcomes woofers all year. Heading down the coast, you’ll soon reach the popular coastal resort of Bridlington (9.5 miles). This scenic town is full of fascinating, historic buildings, as well as cute boutiques and galleries to explore. There are some fabulous coastal walks branching away from the town, too, offering spectacular views and wildlife watching opportunities.
