The house lived up to our expectations It was quiet at night & relaxing looking out over the hills. All furnishings & decor looked new with easy parking. It was only a short walk to restaurants, pubs & shops. Ambleside is dog friendly & everyone offered water & dog treats. Excellent meal at Brown Horse a bit further afield. A great location. Modern and well equipped. Clean and comfortable. The view from the patio is perfect. Good parking which can be rare in a lake district property. The extras of milk, salt, pepper, tea bags etc were very welcome. Thank you.

We have stayed in many rental properties in Ambleside and found Chatsworth to be the perfect base for our holiday. This home is a credit to the owners and maintenance company. Everything was immaculate and worked perfectly, we can't wait to visit again in the future.

My week in Chatsworth was excellent due in no small part to the quality of the accommodation. The positing of the property was perfect as it was just slightly outside the centre of Ambleside yet only a five minute walk into town. Therefore, ensuring peace and quiet yet easy access to the town. Also, the property was spotlessly clean and decorated tRead moreo an exceptional standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with both clean and quality items. The views were superb across Ambleside to Loughrigg Fell and even on the rainy days it was a joy to watch the weather change against the fells. Parking was excellent on the large drive at the front. As such I'm sure I will be rebooking this property in the future. Hide
