Set tails wagging with a trip to Norfolk. This cute log cabin – which can be rented with similar properties on the estate – is perfect for a mix of dogs and people who love to explore forests and natural places. The little community has access to a gym, a cafe with juice and coffee, and a communal area with a wood burner so you’ll find lots of other holidaymakers to spend time with.
Inside the cabin, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a lounge, kitchen and dining area so you can socialise while reading, cooking or playing games. You’ll have beautiful views of the countryside and plenty of natural light streaming through the glass doors and large windows which look over the sheltered porch. This property has three bedrooms which can be arranged to suit your needs, as either three twin rooms or one twin and two super-king-size. You won’t have a private, enclosed garden, but you can explore the woods straight from the cabin so dog walks are super easy.
There’s plenty to keep everyone busy around the property, but if you’d like to travel out, you’re close to the coast. Hunstanton is 18 miles from the cottage and perfect for a traditional seaside day out, with a pier, arcade and lots of spots for fish and chips. Alternatively, you could visit the RSPB reserve at Snettisham Beach, which is home to thousands of birds and welcomes dogs. Finally, take a trip and go to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are incredible sights and lots of wildlife, including huge seal colonies with pups, depending on the time of year.
