Overlooking the golden sands of Harlyn Bay and windswept South West Coast Path, this fetching coastal bolthole is perfect for anyone looking to answer the call of the sea. Pause from chasing your tail and retire to either one of the two en-suite king-size bedrooms or the third king-size bedroom on the ground floor for a peaceful rest. Take the lead for a long walkies along the Camel Trail, a traffic-free disused railway line between Wenfordbridge, Bodmin, Wadebridge and Padstow, or join the trail on two wheels if your four-pawed pal can keep up. Venture to the idyllic village of Padstow, 3 miles away, to discover the best local treats this area has to offer from its fetching selection of independent cafes and restaurants.

Great location and kitchen well equipped. House was in excellent location. Comfortable Building work that we were informed of, was directly opposite the house. Lots of vans Lorrys coming and going throughout the day, found it difficult sometimes to get out of drive, and even to see view trying to get out onto the drive. We enjoyed our stay at the house and the location/view was very nice. There were some issues during the stay however. One of the bedrooms smelt musty and damp. At one point during the stay water was coming through the garage ceiling and then the electric garage door stopped working. We reported this to the janitor mid way through the stay who stateRead mored an electrictian would be sent but no one came and we didn't hear from them again. The cottage exceeded our expectations it was bigger than the photos suggested which was excellent as our family of 7 (including a baby ) had options for having your own space or rooms to mix and have family time. Enjoyed our 2nd week in the house from Christmas 2024 into the new year, and continued to enjoy the location , surrounding bays, and saw dramatic changes in weather. One negative following heavy rain was the increase in the smell of dampness and mold particularly in one bedroom where this needs to be fixed and curtains cleaned/replaced. Very nice location with nice views from property and only about 250metres to the beach. Relaxing environment , with well equipped kitchen. Property overall is of nice quality although some beds are a bit tiered. We also had a few plumbing problems but the facilities staff were excellent in progressing things.

Lovely spacious property with a view of the sea from upstairs. Harlyn Bay beach just down the road and good location for exploring the seven bays.

The upside down layout of the property enabled fantastic views, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. For the peak price we paid, we were expecting more than 1 loo roll per bedroom for the week, and likewise we had to go and buy kitchen roll, kitchen paper, bin bags and salt/pepper, in the first few days which was an inconvenience and somethingRead more we haven't had to do in other rental properties we've stayed at in the area, for the last 8 years.
