Make yourself at home and then head to the kitchen area to rustle up a meal for your loved ones. Get the whole gang together to eat in the dining area and then retire to the lounge area to chill out in front of the TV while your pup snoozes contentedly in front of the wood burner. Alternatively, head out onto the patio, fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco. When it’s time for bed, you’ll find two lovely bedrooms upstairs.
Pack up a picnic and head to Launceston Castle (2.5 miles), where you can climb up to the battlements and enjoy impressive views of the town. Or head to Bodmin General Station (22 miles) and take your pup on the Bodmin to Wenford Railway, which dates back to 1834. Or make your way to Tintagel Castle (19.5 miles), which is rumoured to be the birthplace of King Arthur. Your pup is welcome to visit this awe-inspiring place of legends with you – and water is available for dogs at the cafe.
