As you approach this property, take a look back to marvel at the wonderful sea views from the hilltop location. Step inside and you’ll find a hallway that leads through to a comfortable, spacious living room, where the bi-fold doors that span the width of the room really do make the most of the sea views. Further down the hallway, you’ll arrive at the chic open-plan kitchen/diner, where you’ll feel right at home cooking a meal for your loved ones. Host dinner around the dining table or head out to the garden/patio at the back of the property and dine alfresco. This lovely area backs onto several acres of woodland, so it really is a wonderful spot to relax, take in the fresh sea air and enjoy a glass of wine. When the day is done, there are four gracious bedrooms to choose from.
Pups are allowed on Cromer Beach from October to April, but restrictions are in place during the summer. Your canine companions are welcome all year round at nearby East Runton Beach (1 mile). This lovely, long, sandy beach backed by sandstone cliffs is a big hit with fossil hunters and surfers. Your faithful friends can also join you on a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point. Boats depart from Morston Quay (16 miles) and the cruise lasts approximately 90 minutes.
