This farmhouse exudes style and luxury and has its own pool house where you can spend time after a dip if you don’t fancy a steam or a sauna. Perfect for family reunions or celebrations with friends, this bolthole sleeps ten over four bedrooms and a trip to Cornwall wouldn’t be complete without your trusty pups by your side so bring them along to join in the fun and have a ball.

 

Ascend steps to the porch of this two-storey home where you can leave boots behind before heading inside. Fire up the wood burner and get comfortable on the inviting sofa in front of the Smart TV. When it comes to dinnertime, the fabulously stylish kitchen/diner has an Aga for slow-cooked feasts and a dishwasher to help with post-dinner duties. Gather at the breakfast bar for a drink before plating up at the table or get the BBQ sizzling and enjoy an al fresco dinner on the patio, in the beautiful garden. Round off your day with a soak in the large luxury hot tub or toast marshmallows around the fire pit. Make a splash in the outdoor heated pool morning, noon or night. Four delightful bedrooms are a combination of rooms for two and one large family bedroom (with two super king zip and link beds), with one boasting an en-suite. There is the added bonus of a newly added cinema room in the pool house, with relaxing seating and a large wall mounted Smart TV to enjoy your very own movie nights. There is off-road parking for three cars and additional space available if required.

 

Just 5.5 miles away, visit Pendennis Castle and savour a traditional Cornish ice cream overlooking Falmouth Bay. The panoramic views are a real treat and reach over to the fishing village of St Mawes. Closer to home, Penryn (2.5 miles) has a handful of pubs and eateries where you can whet your appetite. Though Falmouth’s beaches have seasonal dog bans, travel 19 miles to Carne to enjoy a family-friendly beach day.

  • Pool House - 2 x Super-King Zip and Link Beds that are made up as 4 twin beds unless otherwise requested to made up as Super-King on request at time of booking - Please note that this is above the pump house where the filtration system runs 24/7 to maintain the pool. This does emit a low level of noise continually.
  • 1 family bathroom with bath, rainfall shower with attachment and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC (off master bedroom in main house), one ground floor WC/utility room, 1 shower room with shower and separate WC (in pool house)

Great property and the best equipped kitchen I have stayed in. The quality of the interior was great and all appliances were well taken care of. Kids loved the pool and cinema room. Great location and in easy access to many places of interest. Everyone had a great stay and we will be back.

This is a beautiful property with a lovely outdoor space. The pool and sauna are great facilities and there is also a steam room, which we didn't try. There's an excellent barbecue and fire pit - all great for social outdoor living. The house is comfortable and spacious and there's a log burner, again lovely for social time together on cooler eveniRead morengs. The property is just off a busy trunk road which makes walking anywhere difficult but the location means that getting around by car is easy. Hide

This was an amazing place to stay for our family of nine including 3 small children. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped and spacious enough to accommodate us all easily. Beautiful property with great facilities, eg. very comfortable beds, well fitted out kitchen, private pool! Good location with Falmouth/Penryn and amenities close by. The boiler in the main house did not work on arrival and we were out of hot water for the start of our break but the issue was resolved and worked fine after that. The cottage was an absolute delight. Very attractive, with a sunroom giving on to a delightful garden. at the back. It has a huge, very well equipped kitchen and eating area, and a cosy TV room with space for everyone to sit comfortably. We had a great holiday - nice house, spacious, good kitchen, comfortable seating areas. The pool was fun. Great that the dogs could come too
