On the outskirts of the town is the 1913 National Trust Obverbeck’s Garden (7 miles). Or you can catch a ferry across to Eat Portlemouth Beach (9 miles) and stroll along the coastal path from Mill Bay (10 miles) all the way to Gara Rock beach (11 miles).
