Lovely place to stay in a great central location. Property was well equipped with just about everything you need. All rooms En suite which is great for larger groups such as ours celebrating a 50th birthday. One thing which would benefit future stays is upgrading some of the electrical sockets to include USB / C ports.

Lovely property and in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the nearest pub and another 5 mins to the center. Very cosy, well heated and every bedroom en-suite. Will book again without hesitation.

A short walk from the many restaurants and shops of Bowness and from Lake Windermere itself, while being peaceful and private. Spacious, clean, and furnished to a high standard. Good bedrooms and communal space. Convenient for walks, buses and access to the rest of the Lakes. My favourite short excursion is to take a walk to the shuttle ferry whichRead more takes you across to the more tranquil west side of Lake Windermere and walk along the lakeside, visit the cafe and viewpoint, or if more energetic do a longer walk or bike ride.
