The sweet coastal village of Aberdyfi (1 mile) has a lovely pet-friendly beach and makes a wonderful base for dogs and their owners keen to explore the southern reaches of Eryri. The pretty town of Tywyn is just along the coast (3 miles) with a long sandy beach (pet-friendly with some seasonal restrictions). More intrepid pets can take their owners inland to attempt Cair Idris (15 miles).
