Outside, enjoy al fresco meals in the enclosed patio area, where Rover is free to potter around. You’ll also have access to the shared heated indoor pool and sauna, and you can take dog walks around the grounds to admire the alpacas (just be sure to keep the hound on a lead).
The vibrant city of Norwich is 19 miles away and has a great selection of paw-friendly eateries. After lunch, you and your canine buddy can explore the magnificent Romanesque cathedral or take a romantic stroll around Mousehold Heath, where the views across the city skyline are fabulous. There are some real hidden gems along the Suffolk coast, including the wild beach at Covehithe (23 miles). Reached on foot/paw from the village, this secluded, sandy spot is a haven for dog walkers looking for peace and tranquillity.
