Heading up a steep spiral staircase the property opens up into the modern kitchen with charming cabinets and a beautiful, tiled wall. Sit down for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the small dinner table in the bright and airy space. The living room is a cosy and welcoming area with comfortable seating, a feature fireplace and a TV creating a wonderful space for relaxing and watching a film as a family. A second dining table for four sits behind the sofa where meals together can be served whilst sharing stories from the day. Bedroom number one, the master, has a king-size bed, dressing table and storage which has been furnished to create a relaxing space with thoughtful touches throughout. The second room is a twin with neutral decor and can be made up as a king on request. The final room in the property is a shower room where guests can refresh after a day out exploring.

Cawston village is a doorway to many of the wonderful Norfolk attractions, including the popular walking trail of Marriott's Way which spans 24.6 miles in total and The Norfolk Broads (20 miles away). National Trust Blickling Estate (6 miles) has beautiful grounds where your canine companions are free to roam and get to know the varied terrains, with a cafe for refreshments. Days out to the coast are not far with Wells-next-the-Sea (22 miles) boasting far-reaching stretches of dog-friendly sands.

The property was nicely situated in the heart of Cawston. With parking for 2 cars behind the property. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had. The cafe they own below was an added bonus and the cakes we had were superb! We did request a stair gate which was provided when we arrived. A great flat. It was clean and tidy and well kitted out. The stairs are steep. The caf below does a great breakfast.

The lookout was clean, comfortable and spacious. Situated in a lovely village away from busy areas but close enough to visit other surrounding areas, was good for us as a couple. The cottage has a nice little seating area at the back, so has some privacy. The owners were at hand if any issues as they own the deli shop below the accommodation. The flat was absolutely perfect, spanking clean, the shower was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, the living area is huge, the owners welcoming and helpful. Easy access to Norwich and the north Norfolk coast - a very enjoyable stay.

An enjoyable stay in a comfortable spot. We will have to come back again and continue our exploration of North Norfolk. A clean and well presented holiday home with the benefit of a Cafe and Deli right below! The little terrace gets the afternoon sun if you have done enough walking or cycling for the day. The lookout is an ideal holiday let for a nice quiet stay in North Norfolk. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owners are on hand locally and in the shop below through the day for any advice and help. By the way, the Norfolk pasties sold in the shop below are scrumptious. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Kitchen fully equipped and bedrooms were big enough. Location is only 25 minutes away from Norwich Airport and 45 minutes away from Great Yarmouth.
