Lovely cottage with nice touches eg furnishings and pictures on walls . The side conservatory was lovely with a peaceful view to open countryside. We found it well situated to visit Rye which we walked to and got the train back and a short drive to other places on that stretch of coast.

Lovely quiet cottage, great garden for dog to play in. Good walks from the front door. Lane leading to cottage is uneven and when we were there very wet wither water filled pot holes. But easily navigated in a normal car.
